Cowan Baseball Softball League expects coaches to display and to instill in their players the principals of fair play, good sportsmanship, and respect for the game and league officials.  Coaches will conduct themselves in a manner that best serves the interests of the players by providing positive support and instruction for the children they are coaching by following our Code of Conduct.
